The Monitor is the heart of Helios. providing you with real time visibility and complete coverage of your workforce.
There is a traffic light system that makes it easy to summarise things- things that are going well are in green, shifts that are due to start in amber and shifts that have a problem in red, whether that be someone has not clocked in, missed a lone worker protection check up or hit the emergency button- it needs your attention if it's red.
There is a history pane, that tells you all of the activity that has been taking place so it's all recorded for you.
Clicking on a shift fills the navigation panel with information about that shift, similar to the panel when you build a rota and you can click on the available links to see any completed forms, where the staff member was when they clocked in or out, or even get to the personnel and customer profiles or rotas.
It's all intuitively placed to make navigating to where you need to go easy.
And the best part? It all scales for mobile phone visibility so you can check your monitor wherever you are.
